  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched from existing inventory.
  • Custom and bespoke items require additional time for tailored craftsmanship.
  • All deliveries are made via express courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx).

Carrier Information

We use premium global logistics providers such as DHL and FedEx to ensure secure, timely delivery.

Shipping Limitations

  1. Cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
  2. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

All international shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
  • Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, fees, or import taxes.
  • Please consult your local customs authority to estimate potential charges.

Delivery Management

Tracking & Support
  • A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
  • Customers are encouraged to monitor delivery status regularly.
  • For urgent shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.
Address Accuracy
  • Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • We cannot modify the address once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in package return or disposal per carrier policy.
  • Additional redelivery fees may apply.

Quality Assurance

If you receive a damaged or incomplete package, please:
  • Report the issue within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Claims require carrier verification.
  • Approved claims will result in either a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Customers must accept the delivery and then initiate a refund or exchange per our Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy helps ensure all merchandise is processed accurately and fairly.

Order Consolidation

We may combine multiple orders shipping to the same address for efficiency.
This may slightly extend delivery timelines for the initial shipment.
