- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition Requirements:
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In unworn and unaltered condition
- With original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
- Inclusive of all accompanying items, including complimentary gifts
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items not in their original condition
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return

2. Prepare Your Return
- Package the item securely using the original packaging.
3. Shipping
- Use a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
4. Inspection & Processing
- Allow up to 3 business days for product inspection upon receipt.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Our made-to-measure and personalized products are specially crafted just for you, requiring different considerations.

Non-Refundable Items
Due to their personalized nature, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Made-to-measure garments
- Bespoke/custom items
- Personalized products
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence
- We will promptly arrange for a replacement or repair
Cancellation Policy
- Standard Orders: Can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement
- Production Orders: Cannot be cancelled once measurements are confirmed
- Expedited Orders: Cannot be cancelled after confirmation
Pricing & Order Adjustments
- If the actual price is lower, the difference will be automatically refunded.
- If the actual price is higher, we will consult with you before processing your order.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
