At Exoroar, we stand proudly behind the craftsmanship of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase of a standard item, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

Timeframe:
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition Requirements:
To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • In unworn and unaltered condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Inclusive of all accompanying items, including complimentary gifts
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in their original condition

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return
  • Submit your return request through our [Returns Portal].
2. Prepare Your Return
  • Package the item securely using the original packaging.
3. Shipping
  • Use a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
4. Inspection & Processing
  • Allow up to 3 business days for product inspection upon receipt.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Our made-to-measure and personalized products are specially crafted just for you, requiring different considerations.

Quality Assurance

  • Pre-shipment approval photos provided
  • First professional alteration covered by Exoroar
  • Detailed measurement guide offered before production

Non-Refundable Items

Due to their personalized nature, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Made-to-measure garments
  • Bespoke/custom items
  • Personalized products

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence
  • We will promptly arrange for a replacement or repair

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Orders: Can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement
  • Production Orders: Cannot be cancelled once measurements are confirmed
  • Expedited Orders: Cannot be cancelled after confirmation

Pricing & Order Adjustments

  • If the actual price is lower, the difference will be automatically refunded.
  • If the actual price is higher, we will consult with you before processing your order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
