FILE A PRODUCT RETURN
To initiate your exchange or return, simply click on the button below.
- Regular products can be returned for refund, exchange or store credit, whereas, bespoke or made-to-measure products can only be returned for alteration.
- Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
FILE A GIFT RETURN
To initiate your gift return, simply click on the button below.
- Regular gifted products can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on gifts.
- Bespoke or made-to-measure gifted items are only eligible for alterations and cannot be exchanged or returned for credit. Once our Fulfillment Center receives and inspects the returned item (usually within 72 hours of delivery), you will receive an email confirmation. Store credit or exchange processing will be completed within 7 days.
